Thank you for choosing Aastik Ayurveda. We strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products, educational courses, books, and consultation services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds may be granted.

By purchasing products or services from www.aastikayurveda.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Returns and Replacements for Physical Products

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product package is tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be submitted.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, a replacement or suitable resolution will be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened Ayurvedic medicines
  • Opened wellness products
  • Herbal supplements
  • Personal care products
  • Consumable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence

Returns requested without a valid reason may not be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation

Physical Products

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Courses and Digital Products

Once access to a digital product, online course, webinar, training session, downloadable resource, or educational material has been granted, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Consultation Services

Consultation Cancellation by User

  • Consultation appointments may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Requests received less than 24 hours before the consultation may not qualify for a refund.

Missed Appointments

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee may be considered forfeited and no refund may be issued.

Consultation Cancellation by Aastik Ayurveda

If a consultation is cancelled by Aastik Ayurveda due to unavoidable circumstances, the appointment will either be rescheduled or a refund may be provided at our discretion.

5. Online Courses and Training Programs

Due to the nature of digital educational content:

  • Fees paid for online courses, workshops, certifications, webinars, and training programs are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Aastik Ayurveda.
  • Course access already granted cannot be revoked for refund purposes.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Aastik Ayurveda shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Fraudulent Claims

Aastik Ayurveda reserves the right to reject return, replacement, or refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this page along with the revised Effective Date.
